The latest of which is a super-entertaining interview with Joe Short, founder and brewmaster at Short’s Brewing Company. In it, Short (who brews some crazy-ass beers with honey, sunflower seeds, pecans and tomatoes) talks about how ADD and being underaged have fueled his brewing career. Not to mention a little dumb luck: “It’s really a miracle that we even survived. I had no clue what I was doing. I still don’t have a clue what I’m doing.”
